Drawing: egyptian, still life study, imaginative characters and story telling ( cartoons)

This drawing gives an example of Egyptian hieroglyphics writing in art classroom. Student can integrate the arts into other subject area. A combination of color drawing, writing, research can make projects more interesting and create better presentation.
Drawing studies can include fast or slow still life drawings with regular pencil. Students can learn to let go and gain confidence in their artistic expression through various studio classes.
Sometimes projects have surprising imaginative characters that  show themselves. Children need to have opportunities to be creative and discover their world of creative potential.(above) Combining story boards and writing can be the beginning to creating cartoons. (below)
